This stage involves installing the system to discharge rainwater including pits and underground drainage lines, ensuring proper site drainage and compliance with approved hydraulic plans.

This stage is considered complete once the slab or footing system has achieved sufficient strength and all compliance requirements have been satisfied.

This confirms the design complies with the NCC, relevant standards, and development consent, allowing construction to legally commence.
