This stage involves installing the roof structure covering, including insulation, sarking, and roof sheeting or tiles, making the building weatherproof, protecting the internal structure and allowing internal works to commence.

This stage involves constructing the structural skeleton of the building, including walls, floors, and roof framing. This defines the building’s shape and layout, preparing it for roofing, cladding, and internal works.

This stage is considered complete once the slab or footing system has achieved sufficient strength and all compliance requirements have been satisfied.
